The best beach in the entire Konkan Region. I have been to almost every serene beach in Raigad, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg but this was the best of all. The place is very little known and hence doesn't attract crowds. The best part of the beach is that it was very safe for swimming while we visited. The water is very clean with white and soft sand. The currents weren't rough which enabled me to enjoy in neck deep water. Ensure proper precaution while venturing into the sea. The beach is covered with Casuarina Trees which provide great shade from the sun and the gram panchayat has installed benches on the shore which becomes a great beach shack. The cliffs on both sides of the beach add to the scenic beauty. Ample free parking space is available near the entrance. Basic snacks and cold drinks stall is available at the entracnce. There are 3-4 stay options available as of Dec 2023. We couldn't find any restaurants to eat but the hotels which have stay options would be having food arrangments for in-house guests. You may cover Ganeshgule Ganpati Mandir, Pawas Devasthan, Purnagad Fort, Gavkhadi Beach and Devghali Beach which are great attractions around. Ganeshgule is a must visit place if you are around Ratnagiri. Have a safe trip. Vivek

Private beach experience @Ganeshgule beach. Not the best time to visit a beach when it's raining, however it was a different experience altogether. Since there were hardly any humans, the sand was undisturbed and felt like a soft carpet. The sand had a pinkish tinge to it which made it look unique. All sea life was thriving below the sand only to be brought up by retreating waves. Kids loved playing here. We couldn't find anything to eat here and when enquired with a local, he mentioned that it's off season and business at beach starts from October onwards. Overall a nice beach to hang out with your family.

ohh..!!WOW ONE OF THE BEST SCENIC BEAUTIFUL BEACH IN THIS RATNAGIRI DISTRICT SEASHORE RANGE. Location is odd and much interior from main road but worth to visit. Clean beach,golden sand, cool environment and having rocky beach also. for family trip i must recommend!! now there are now two to three accommodation(home stay/resorts) available near to beach as per choice. *bit of problem for parking. but no mobile signal,only peace and beauty of seashore. must visit!!!

Beach is amazing Around 5 kms from main road Ver clean and white sand You will find a very soft sand over there You won't find anyone there Evening at the beach is amazing No shops at the beach

Amazing white sand beach. 15 min drive from Pawas Village and 1 hour drive from Ratnagiri City. nice place to visit. famous for white sand, clear water and amazing sunset view.
